Description: The Exists function returns the set of tuples of the first supplied set that exist with one or more tuples of the second supplied set.
Syntax: EXISTS( «Set1», «Set2» )

The query below returns the members from the first set that exist in the second set.
 

SELECT
      {} ON COLUMNS,
      EXISTS({[Date].[Fiscal].[Month].Members}, {[Date].[Fiscal].[Month].[July 2003], [Date].[Fiscal].[Month].[July 2004], [Date].[Fiscal].[Month].[September 2001]}) ON ROWS
FROM
      [Adventure Works]
 
 

 
The query below returns the members from the first set that exist in the second set.
